Hey, I'm Falah! I'm a motivated computer science undergraduate with a strong foundation in software engineering principles, algorithms, and modern development frameworks.
With experience in building scalable applications and solving complex technical challenges, I am eager to contribute to a dynamic team that enhances both my technical expertise and problem-solving abilities while making a meaningful impact in the industry.
Outside of university, I enjoy going for walks, bike riding, and watching TV shows!

In this hackathon, my team and I went through a series of challenges that intertwined AI and cyber security. The most interesting component of this hackathon was constructing AI prompts in the past tense to bypass safety filters in LLMs
This hackathon exposed me to retrieval augmented generation (RAG) agents. My team used it to build a website that generated social media posts using information from newspapers scraped online. Overall, this was my favourite hackathon to participate in due to teaming up with close friends and working with new tools
The theme for this hackathon was open-ended. Thus, my team and I centered our application around EdTech. Specifically, we built an app that helped students cram for their exams. In the end, we placed 6th out of roughly 100 teams!
Much like my previous hackathons, my teammate and I centered our app around EdTech. Together, we built a tool that summarised YouTube videos or lecture recordings into organised notes. Here, we experimented with the Electron framework which I had a great time developing with!
